Website privacy policy
This policy covers the website koopastudio.cz. Each of our apps has its own policy, linked from that game's page.

What the website processes
The website has no user accounts, contact form, analytics, advertising or embedded social feeds, and it does not use cookies or any other browser storage.
On every visit the hosting provider automatically processes technical request data: IP address, time, requested address, browser type and browser language. We use the language only to offer the Czech or English version and do not store it. Technical data is used to deliver the pages and protect the website from abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The hosting provider keeps these logs for a short time under its own rules.
When you email us
If you write to info@koopastudio.cz, we process your email address and the content of your message to reply and resolve your request. The legal basis is handling your request and our legitimate interest in communicating with players. We keep correspondence as long as needed to resolve it and for no more than 3 years, unless we need it longer to protect legal claims.
Who receives data
Links to the App Store, Google Play, Instagram and our printed-game shop open services run by others, under their own policies.

Transfers outside the EU
Vercel Inc. and our email provider may process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing that took place before.
Send requests to info@koopastudio.cz. We reply within one month. To find your data, tell us the app name and, where available, the identifier shown in the app.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz, or to the supervisory authority in your country.
Changes
We may update this policy, for example when an app gains a new feature or service. The current version is always on this page. Last updated: 29 October 2026.
